SHIPPING INFORMATION CAN BE UPDATED OR CHANGED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
ALL SHIPMENTS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO A RETURN SHIPPING FEE. THE SWAGG SPOTT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN-TO-SENDER FEES. AS A PRECAUTION, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the USPS tracking system.
Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for orders to be shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order.
NOTE: Orders placed after 5 PM on FRIDAY will NOT be processed until THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
All items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
USPS DELIVERIES can take between three and ten (3-10) business days.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact USPS.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
EASY 14 DAYS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES!
All you need to do is:
GET AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
To get an authorization number, please email us with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange within three (3) calendar days after order delivery.
SEND THE GARMENT BACK
After receiving an authorization number, please include the returnable/exchangeable garment and an authorization number with the package and send it postmarked within fourteen (14) calendar days .
WAIT FOR THE REFUND/EXCHANGE
Please allow us fifteen (15) business days after package delivery to process the refund or exchange.
To be qualified for an exchange or return item(s) should be:
Absolutely brand new condition.
Have no signs of wear, damages, stains, ripped seams, wholes, fabric deformation, etc.
Have all original tags and labels on.
Please be advised, that all returned items will go through our internal quality control checkup. In case the garment does not meet the requirements above, it will be shipped back to the customer. (and the refund will not be issued/exchange will not be processed.)
- The perception of colors may vary from display to display. Therefore, colors of the final product may be slightly different than the image colors.
- Due to a tight production schedule orders can be canceled if a cancellation request is submitted within 2 hours of the purchase time. Any cancellation request submitted over 2 hours from when an order is placed is going to be denied.
- Any exchange or return request submitted over three (3) calendar days after order delivery is going to be denied.
- Garments that were worn and/or damaged/stained, garments with no original tags are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Exchanges for garments returned without an authorization number will not be processed. Refunds for garments returned without an authorization number will not be issued, so make sure you get an authorization number first.
- An authorization number is valid 14 calendar days after issued.
- Refunds for garments sent later than 14 calendar days after receiving an authorization number will not be issued, so make sure you shipped the returnable item on time and you have a tracking number to confirm that.
- Items with an authorization number that were sent to us on time (within 14 calendar days) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- We do not accept returns from resellers.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.
- Plus Sizes (2XL, 3XL, 4XL) and all customized garments are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
